Tilinga Mandir: The Famous Bell Temple of Tinsukia

 Tilinga Mandir, the famous Shiv Temple of Upper Assam is one of the very old and famous temples located at  Bordubi, a small town of Tinsukia District. The place is far from the hustle and bustle of the township which enhances the magnificent and mesmerizing view of the temple with hundreds and thousands of Golden Bells. Bells are of different sizes hanging on the walls, pillar tied with red vow thread or chains. Four huge golden bells at the rooftop of the temple are astonishing to look at. In the front of the temple, small shops of puja essential were there where one can even by beautiful bells and vow thread.
